Fitness Benefits
All classes include a toning & sculpting period for muscle conditioning. Students are encouraged to incorporated resistance training, healthy eating, and other aerobic exercises into their fitness program.

Cardiovascular Endurance: Repeated run-throughs of choreographed routines increase the heart rate and get students into the target heart range.

Muscular Strength: A combination of isometric & isotonic contractions will increase muscular strength & endurance

Flexibility: Extensive stretching during warm up, & cool sections of class increase range of motion about joints.

Body Composition: Students will see a change in the amount of lean muscle and fat as they progress through the program
Class Format
Each Exoticise™ class, while including fun dance steps and exciting choreography, is based in sound fitness principals. The typical class format includes: Warm–Up, Choreography, Cool Down, Toning & Strength Training, Relaxation and Stretching.
Certification Program
An Exoticise™ instructor is evaluated and thoroughly trained before receiving a certification. The certification program is comprehensive and requires substantial study and preparation. Instructor training curriculum and course materials are consistent with the AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) Basic Standards and Guidelines.
The Certification process covers topics in Health, Fitness, Safety, Performance, and Leadership. Each instructor must pass a written exam and demonstrate mastery of Exoticise™ Moves and teaching principles.
